"PAWS is overwhelmed by the number of entries submitted focusing on the adoption of homeless animals which is a growing problem that we are facing today. We are happy that Filipinos are starting to be more aware about animal welfare issues and we are glad that a lot of entries came from young, talented artists. We congratulate YOCard for mounting this competition and we look forward to working with some of the winners and runners-ups for future PAWS campaigns."
